Due to the declared state of emergency in Alabama and the Governor’s directive that state agencies continue necessary functions with as many staff members working remotely as possible, ADECA is adjusting operations accordingly.

Our goal through this process is to maintain as much normalcy as possible with minimal in-office staff and while practicing social distancing and the other recommendations of health authorities to limit the spread of COVID-19.

To those who have received ADECA-administered grants and have questions, please contact your program manager.

For all other general inquiries please call (334)242-5591 or email us at contact@adeca.alabama.gov.

ADECA’s staff members work hard every day to fulfill our department’s mission of Building Better Alabama Communities. We will work diligently to meet the challenges posed by the Coronavirus over the coming weeks and will continue to serve the great people of Alabama.
